By accessing or using the MenlyAI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. MenlyAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
MenlyAI provides AI-powered hairstyle recommendations, virtual hairstyle try-on features, face shape analysis, and personalized grooming advice. The App uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze uploaded photos and provide style suggestions.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Users must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, parental consent is required.
You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant MenlyAI a limited license to process and analyze photos for providing Services. Photos are processed using Firebase/Google Cloud. Do not upload prohibited content (nudity, violence, hate speech).
Hairstyle recommendations are for entertainment and informational purposes only. MenlyAI does not provide professional advice. AI results may not always be perfect and may vary based on photo quality.
Basic features are free. Premium features may require subscription. Payments are processed through app stores. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
You agree NOT to: use the App illegally, upload others' photos without consent, reverse engineer the App, use bots, collect user data, impersonate others, or violate laws.
MenlyAI owns all App content, AI models, and technology. The MenlyAI name and logo are protected trademarks.
The App integrates with Google Firebase, Google ML Kit, Gemini AI, and cloud storage. Third-party terms apply to those services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not warrant error-free operation, that defects will be corrected, or that results will meet expectations.
MenlyAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to $100 or amount paid in past 12 months, whichever is less.
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend/terminate access for Terms violations. Upon termination, we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
